Summer’s heating up and hot bone broth may not be as appealing. So, here’s a great way to incorporate the benefits of Wander Broth this summer, while staying cool!
1 Shallot (peeled and quartered)
2 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
1 Packet Wander Broth Unsalted Chicken Broth
2 Sprigs fresh rosemary (remove leaves from stem, discard stem)
1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
Season with salt and pepper to finish and enjoy! Store in refrigerator after making.
