Refund policy

At Wander Broth, we aim to provide you with a positive experience when purchasing our broth products. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@wanderbroth.com so we can make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, so if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 days and it will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank to inquire about the status. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@wanderbroth.com.

When returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
